The Mobile Citizens' Service of the market town of Guntramsdorf helps older people to deal with administrative matters right in their local area.

Support in everyday life

The team at the Social Services Department offers support to people who, due to their circumstances, are no longer able to deal with administrative procedures on their own. The aim is to safeguard and improve their quality of life through direct support in their own homes.

Prerequisites for utilisation

Use of the mobile citizen service is subject to the following criteria:

  • Principal place of residence in Guntramsdorf

  • At the age of 60

    • <li Age

  • Presence of a physical impairment

Procedure and contact

Once an appointment has been made by telephone, a member of staff from the Social Services Department will visit the person’s home to deal with the matter further.
