Access to the waste collection centre (ASZ)
Access to the recycling centre is straightforward and hassle-free. There are two options available:
Servicecard
A service card for private use is sent by post to every household in Guntramsdorf (including secondary residences). If lost, it must be reported to the Citizens' Service Centre. A fee of 10 euros must be paid for the reissue.</p
Guntramsdorf App
After downloading the app and submitting the digital application, a personal ID in the form of a QR code is available for access directly on the smartphone.

Guntramsdorf Servicecard
The service card is required for entry to the ASZ. Each household in Guntramsdorf is entitled to one card for private use. It will be sent by post.
Receipt
Every household in Guntramsdorf will receive a card for private use by post.</p
Loss
In the event of loss, a loss report must be submitted immediately to the Citizens' Service Centre.</p
Important note
The card must not be passed on to third parties, as future charges can be made directly via the card.
Driveway
Access is via a barrier. Hold the service card against the labelled sensor
.Capacity
The number of vehicles on the site is limited. There may be short waiting times in busy periods.</p
Waste disposal
The labelling on the containers and boxes as well as the instructions of the staff must be followed.
Payment
Tokens can be purchased directly from the staff for chargeable waste.</p
Exit
The barrier opens automatically at the exit. The exit is one-way via the access road to the sewage treatment plant.</p

- Waste glass and batteries (household/vehicle)
- Used cooking oil (NÖLI)
- Municipal residual waste bags: Must be purchased via the Citizens’ Service (€4.40).
Yellow bags: Disposal should primarily be via kerbside collection. Disposal at the ASZ is only permitted in exceptional cases.
Waste fractions subject to charges
There is a charge for the disposal of certain types of waste. Payment is made using tokens, which can be purchased directly from the staff on site.

Trailer hire
The market town is renting out two unbraked car trailers for waste disposal trips to the ASZ
Rental times:
- Mon: 7.00 am – 12.30 pm and 5.00 pm – 7.00 pm
- Wed/Fri: 7.00 am – 12.30 pm
- Thu: 5.00 pm – 7.00 pm (Apr. – Oct.)
- Sat 08:00 – 12:00

Present a valid driving licence and pay a deposit of 50 euros (to be returned if there is no damage)
