Poster advertising for club events

Requirements for advertising material

To ensure correct installation and weather resistance, the posters must meet the following criteria:

  • Format: DIN A1

  • Material: Poster paper (outdoor quality, blue background)

  • Quantity: Maximum 8 posters (the actual number depends on current availability)

 

 

Deadlines and procedure

Early coordination is essential for reliable planning:

  • Pre-registration: Please contact us by email 6 to 8 weeks before the event date at: kommunikation@guntramsdorf.at

  • Submission: Printed posters must be submitted to the town hall no later than 4 weeks before the event begins.
