Processing via the Guntramsdorf app
When making a purchase via the app, you must wait for the two-week cooling-off period to expire. Once this period has expired, you can apply for the health subsidy and any discounts (e.g. for pensioners or school pupils) at the Citizens’ Service Centre. Payment will be made on the spot once the purchase has been successfully verified, provided you have your main residence in Guntramsdorf.

Admission
Free for children and young people up to and including the age of 15. From the age of 16, ID and payment are required.</p
Age limit
Staying here unaccompanied by an adult is permitted from the age of 16 (under 16s only with a declaration of consent).
Controls
Card checks take place daily until 17:00. Dogs are not allowed on the site and cycling is prohibited.</p
Nature conservation
Feeding waterfowl is prohibited in order to prevent the spread of cercariae.</p
Seasonal time
The swimming season lasts from 1 May to 30 September.
