One of the largest sub-camps of the Mauthausen concentration camp was situated in the heart of what is now an industrial estate. The site is now a memorial. It commemorates the victims and serves as a reminder not to forget.

Across Austria, all former satellite camps of the Mauthausen concentration camp are being uniformly marked. The artistically designed satellite camp steles ensure greater visibility.

With these Stolpersteine, Guntramsdorf commemorates the victims of National Socialism from our community. The small brass stones are situated in front of the places where they once lived and worked.
