Required documents and eligibility criteria
To complete your registration, please bring the following documents and items with you:
- Official photo ID:
passport or identity card. - Smartphone: The “ID Austria”
app must be installed in advance. - Email address:
Active access to a personal email address. - Unlocking method:
either via PIN or biometric data. - Passport photo:
A recent photograph, if no photo has been stored on the e-card.
